ITI SimulationX V2.0

SimulationX is a new generation simulation software
launched in September 2002. The development was motivated
by the growing needs to analyse heterogeneous systems.
SimulationX has all-domain modeling philosophy which opens
up new application fields for real system simulation,
including multibodies, hydraulics, pneumatics, controls,
electronics, magnetics, and thermodynamics. These domains
surpass the capabilities of ITI-SIM. 

Due to this reason, we were keen to develop a new tool with an up-to-date user
front-end. State-of-the-art simulation concept can now
handle differential-algebraic equation systems for
analysis, e. g. fully rigid structures or ideal rigid end
stops in mechanics. The provision of an integrated modeling
language extends the capabilities towards algorithms and
arbitrary differential equations. This greatly broadens the
possibilities for customized model development. New
simulation techniques, computation methods and innovative
modeling assistants have been implemented.
