Fixed a bug that prevented the external side chain
option of the envelope generators from working
correctly.

Fixed a bug that could cause noise bursts and
possible crashes when switching the delay units
between ultra-short mode and normal mode.

Fixed compatibility problems with Twin 1 presets:
velocity modulation and unison spread settings were
loaded incorrectly by Twin 2.00
